Processing and Shipping Time

Once your order is approved, we work hard to ship it as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the city where you placed your order. However, it's important to note that unforeseen circumstances or delays by your local postal service may occur. Our goal is to ship your order the next business day.

Delivery Days
 Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays.

The tracking number will be available within 3-4 business days after your order is approved. You will receive this number via email. You can track your order in real time with this code. If you don't receive this email, we recommend checking your spam folder.

We only accept cash upon receipt of your order. We currently do not offer credit or debit card payment options, but we are working to offer more options in the future. Shipping is also completely free, so there are no additional costs to the price listed on our website.

If you are not home when the product is delivered, you will receive a call or text from the delivery person. If you cannot receive it that day, another attempt will be scheduled.
