RETURNS AND WARRANTIESReturn PolicyFor Return purposes (under Warranty), freight to the Origin warehouse is the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you sent your product collect, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Warranty Returns. Most of our products have a 10-day warranty. If more than 10 days have passed since the product was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer warranty service. Personal care, cleaning, household cleaning, personal hygiene, or pet grooming items do not have a warranty and do not apply to withdrawal of purchase. All warranties will be addressed only, without exception, within the indicated times; taking into account that the physical return of the product must be made within this period for the warranty to be valid. The warranty is void for damage caused by impacts, moisture, scratches, modification, alteration, voltage changes, repair by third parties (unauthorized technical service), damage caused by misuse of the product, inadequate care of it, or disregard of the user manual. Natural wear and tear of the product is not covered under warranty. The warranty covers electrical parts of the products; the warranty does not cover accessories. The product voids the warranty if the damage is secondary to improper use of the product.
